Teacher professionalization is the trend of the world teacher education development and the orientation of our country's teacher education reform. The objective of teacher education reform in the world is to realize teacher professionalism to make teacher (kindergarten) a profession just as doctor, lawyer and so on, having high status and better treatment. Teacher education reform is one of the most important to bring about teacher professionalism. A research to this problem has great theoretical and practical significanc. The thesis is divided into four parts: In thesis discusses the connotation of profession, professionalism as well as the fetures of teacher profession. Teacher is a semi- profession, which needs a professionalization to make professionalism come true. At last, the article presents the forming process and connotation of the teacher professionalism.In the part two, the thinking about the present state of kindergarten teacher professionalization. With the aualyzing the data of the questionnaire about the issue, we have a clear understanding of the present of professionalization and analyze its causes. In part three, we will discuss the tendency of professionalization that discripted above form some aspects, such as, it is the requirement of the government. Moreover, it is the requirement of economic development, social civilization and the development of pre-school education as well. In the part fou , concentrates mainly on how to take measures to improve the training of kindergarten teachers and meet the need of professionalization. The state is increasing the fund of training; At the same time, the sate produce a standard of professionalization. Tindergarten teacher's self-cultivation to meet the need is also important. To carry on profession adjustment and course reformation; To change the model of training. To make prefect the training system to form a valid mechenic of professionalization.
