Good psychological quality is the important component part of thecomprehensive quality of a person. Psychological Heath Education can raise thepsychological quality of primary and secondary students. It is the importantcontent of carrying out education for all-round development. On the 13th, August,1998, the Ministry of Education promulgated the paper: Suggestions onEnforcing Psychological Heath Education of Primary and secondary Students. Itindicated that we should fully be aware of the importance of enforcingpsychological heath education of primary and secondary students. It meets theneed of not only students' growing up but also society's development. Nowadays,psychological health education has aroused attention from all aspects. It hasbecome an inevitable issue that how to scientifically and effetely carry out thepsychological heath education in primary school and secondary school . What is the present situation of psychological health education in SecondaryVocational School? On basis of the research to students of Guilin SecondaryVocational School and in accordance with how to develop psychological healtheducation in Secondary Vocational School, this article intends to table aconstructive proposal and improve the scientific,normal and actual effect ofpsychological heath education in Secondary Vocational School This article has four parts: first, the concept of psychological healtheducation; second, it is more important to carry out psychological heatheducation in Secondary Vocational School; third, the results of research andanalysis of psychological heath education of Secondary Vocational School; fourth,we should further strengthen the suggestion that the psychological healtheducation of Secondary Vocational School. This article holds that Psychological Heath Education relies on thepsychological theory and technique, combines with the daily education andteaching work, intends to foster (including self-fostering) good psychologicalquality of students, taps psychological potential in order to promote harmoniousdevelopment of body and mind. The survey to students in Secondary Vocational School on theirpsychological status and psychological education applied for them indicated:1.21.1% of them have psychological problems of middle degree; 2. The proportionof girls with problems is higher than boys; girls' symptoms are more obvious andwide. The students with problems in and above Grade Two account for most ofthe percentage. Students majoring in arts are less than science and engineering.3. While the importance of psychological education has been acknowledged byschool administrators in Secondary Vocational School, but it is implemented onlyin 28.57% schools surveyed. Only 14.29% of the schools are of psychologicaloffices or stations. As few as 35.71% has full-time or part-time professionalpsychological personnel. 12 schools of them invest annually as low as RMB2,000or less or even zero on psychological education(including building consultationoffice, buying materials, and training teachers, etc.). 4. According to theirimportance of settling, the problems faced by psychological education inSecondary Vocational School are ranked as follows: innovation of an effectivepsychological education module; lacking of professional teachers; demanding ofproper educational materials; shortage in school budgets. On basis of the psychological health of students and the hard status quo ofpsychological education in Secondary Vocational School, this article holds thatthe psychological education may be enforced and improved by adopting thefollowing methods: 1. Upgrading consciousness, meeting common agreement,implementing in all aspects. 2. Enforcing leadership, specializing management,fixing evaluation standards; 3.
