A Research On The Agricultural Undergraduates' Quality Structure System

The research on the agricultural undergraduates' quality structure system is the prerequisite and foundation of the agricultural undergraduates' quality-oriented education, it is a great responsibility of higher agricultural educators. Basing on new period, the new characteristics of agriculture, agricultural economy, countryside and rural social development, considering synthetically the need of agricultural development and agricultural undergraduates' own development, according to the principles of comprehensive point combining with the focal point, reality combining with perspect, the paper has studid the agricultural undergraduates' quality structure system systematically.The paper consists of five chapters. Chapter one, the preface, has introduced the research background, research purpose, survey of the document and research methods etc; Chapter two, On the basis of analysing in depth to the agricultural undergraduates' living environment, especially working nature, combining the interview materials of employing unit correctly, has carried on agricultural undergraduates' physique quality structure, character quality structure, knowledge quality structure and intelligent quality structure system one by one, has studied the relations (mainly the relation of qualities ) among key elements and every key element that every quality structure system includes; Chapter three, through questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis in investigation result, has drew every quality important degree of key elements from agricultural undergraduates' visual angle; Chapter four, on the basis of the theoretical analysis and investigational result, according to systematic, scientific and perspective principle, has structured the agricultural undergraduates' quality structure system, has further analyzed the relations among key elements and has summarized the characteristic of this system. Chapter five has proposed several methods for higher agricultural universities and colleges to optimize the agricultural undergraduates" quality structure: Get a clear understanding of the situation, change the educational thought; Analyse the characteristic, do a good job of specialized education; Work along both lines, do environment of campus construction well.
