| With the modernized promotion, the urbanization of our country has already entered fast-developing period, and this period is the key period of the society of our country come to it's structural transition. The organizational management at the basic level receives the unprecedented challenge in this period, and it is imperative to reform. This thesis regards the new Su village of Soochow as the case, regards change of the management system of grassroots organization in the urbanization course as the research object, adopts society's making investigations, case study , method that relatively studies. Starting with the urbanization, modernization of our country which were brought by the social structure's transition, then this thesis will show the basic route of the management system's reform to grassroots organization by describing the three urbanization process and grassroots organization's reform of the new Su village. Analyzing the politics and economic benefits how to influence on the organizational management which is in the situation of urbanization by the angle of immediate interest driving, Analyzing the change of the management system of grassroots organization how to influence on the urbanization development on two-sided by the angle of that the society of city is a interdynamic type and network society in the essence on urban development. Through all of the above this thesis points out that the urbanization and organizational management at the basic level reform is a interdynamic course, and points out that the management system of grassroots organization in the urbanization of our country is going to through three different power source developing period, and the change of putting forward to the management system of grassroots organization of our country is not the question that a simple basic unit improves but a question to transformed all of the government's function . Attempt to offer certain policy to urban government in the urbanization evolution of our country.
