With the improvement of educational research, the quantity and quality of the outcome become an important criterion to measure the teacher' s level and ability. At present the system of appraisal given by the people of the same occupation can' t fulfill the demand of the development of the educational study. Based on analyzing the feature of the educational research, the paper dwelled on the necessity of quality evaluations of the scientific research achievements in pedagogy.This study' s purpose is: to explore the comprehensive performance evaluation method of outcome of educational research by using of bibliometric parameters. Scientific research in pedagogy is based on literature, which could evaluation the education achievements. This paper analyzes the function of educational literature; chooses four indexes to establish a preliminary system. Evaluation living examples have been given. |
