A Research on Physical Latent Force of WushuA thing cannot be learned and mastered only from one aspect. It is required bythe systematic approach that we regard the object of study as a whole and look theuniversal relation between objects and their ever-lasting movement as a general course. We should grasp and control the object in all aspects. Moreover, we should generallyexplore the interaction between element and element, element and system, system andenvironment, system and system, and explore their law of change .We also shouldgrasp the relation between internal and external environment of the object. In this waywe can learn at and alter the objects more efficiently. The physical latent force ofWushu is an objective phenomenon in Wushu. We should know it completely andclearly, so that it can facilitate the development of techniques of Wushu and serveWushu as well. This paper on the physical latent force of Wushu consists of five parts. Part One ison the research about the connotation, denotations and features of the physical latentforce of Wushu. Part Two is on the preservation and release of it. Part Three is onsome elements influencing it. Part Four is on the effect of it on Wushu. Part Five isabout the training of it .The conclusion is as the following. The research on the connotation and denotation and features of the physical latentforce of Wushu is begun with the differences and relevancies between physical latentforce and power .The physical latent force of Wushu is a harmonious general powershown in the sports after a long period of training. This paper classifies the physicallatent force into four aspects: the intensity, basic form of movement, the role in attackand defense, and direction of movement .The four basic features of it are proposed atthe end of paper, which are the integrity, harmony, concentration and arbitrariness. The research on the preservation and release of physical latent force are carriedout in two aspects. One is its biological mechanism, which is the integrated functional mechanismbetween various systems controlled by the central nervous system. The other is itgeneration and transmission. The generation of physical latent force is produced bythe combination of all parts of the human body. The transmission of it is to release thestrength preserved in the body by the external power of the body. The research on the elements influencing the strength can be carried out in thefollowing five aspects. The first is the strength of muscles, which is the precondition of the preservationand release of strength. The second is thought which regulates the physical latentforce generally. The third is respiration, which changes the natural rhythm by thethought so as to affect the operation of the physical latent force .The fourth is theexternal form of the body (including the balance of the body), which is externalprecondition of the generation of the physical latent force and constructive basisof its preservation and release. The conclusion is drawn after analyzing the role of the physical latent force played IIIin the sports. The quality of the physical latent force reflects the degree of humanbody system's order. The physical latent force is the basis of the technique of martialarts and the reflection of variety of human body. It is the sigh of good health .It plays avery important role in bodybuilding through Wushu. Therefore, we should attach greatimportance to the training of Wushu's physical latent force. The research on the physical latent force of Wushu training can be divided intothree parts.First, the main content of the physical latent force training includes training thestrength of muscles, pose of boxing, respiration, thought and so on. Secondly, themajor forms of it include standing on a stake; intensify a single pose, serial stunts, grapple and so forth. Thirdly, relaxation is a main method to train the physical latentforce. It can adjust the excitation of central nervous system,...
