This article aims for development of Guangxi by means of the theory of modernization and regional science, exploring the regional regularity of Guangxi education modernization and choosing modals of adapting changing and reforming of Guangxi education.Firstly,it explains backgrounds of pushing modernization of education Guangxi. At the firstly half century of 21,Guangxi is entering all—round society and is striving to built socialist modernization. The strategy of development west part and challenging of knowledge , information and globalization make the reform and development of Guangxi into new situations. The modernization of social calls for modernization of education. We are needed to research deeply the model and mechanics of modernization of education in Guangxi. Planning and pushing the modernization of education must be footed on basement of level, and we adopt the concept of strengthen of education describing education in Guangxi in comparison with 12 provinces in western part of China and definite the gap with equitable level of China .The strengthen of education and displays the level of education in Guangxi by means of describing the development,resources and radiation of education. Every "strengthen" tries to unite part with all, and unite quality with quantities. The development of Education in Guangxi is on the present level basement. The target of regional educational modernization is the guide of educational development. It enacts according to scientifically prediction on the trend of economic in the future. All—round society and modernization of Guangxi society is background of educational development in the21century. Defining different stages of target by way of researching the development of education in Guangxi is the key clue for enacting strategy of educational modernization in Guangxi .According to level of education, modernization of education in Guangxi may be divided into three different stages, every subdivided target connecting with the trend of economic of society. The differences between the economic and society have influence on the target of education. The mutual reaction among population,culture and all stages of education of different regional economy is researched by means of choosing well-off region of Liuzhou and staggering region of Hechi. The road to modernization of education varies according to different development level of regional economy, so educational modernization of different region should look for optimum breakthrough. Liuzhou puts emphasized on computerized education which push forward the proceeding of modernization of education; Hchi make people realize the importance of education and throw away old idea to increase the level of teachers. The model of educational modernization has a source from the reform and development of education in Guangxi. From the macro view, harmonic model between education and social economic is the key to the modernization of education. However, regional educational modernization attains through every school. School is the cell of regional education.Pursuing the personality and displaying unique characters are the essence of school educational modernization. But it avoids ignoring other part of education in pursuing individual development of school.
