Discussion On Several Problems Of The Teaching Administration Specialization Of Our Country's General Institutions Of Higher Education

The dissertation analyzes knowledge economy, education internalization and the rapid development of science and technology which take the challenge to the teaching administration of the institutions of higher education on the macro—background; on the other hand, it analyzes our national higher education administration system innovation ,the enlargement of running school scale and the change of education administration object which also take challenge to the teaching administration of the institutions of higher education on the micro—background , putting forward the proposition that the effective way to deal with these challenges is to promote the teaching administration specialization of the institutions of higher education. Based on the above proposition, it discusses the theory of speciality and specialization. Make it sure that, a mature speciality should have four basic standards. From these, it puts forward that teaching administration is not only a speciality but also can realize specialization with deeply discussing of the general standard of specialization. Then, how to promote the teaching administration specialization of the institutions of higher education? The dissertation discusses on the following two facets: the first,it discuss the basic concept of teaching administration, and the task, requirement, significance and principle of realizing the teaching administration specialization ,integrating the basic intention and features of the teaching administration of the institutions of higher education; the second, it describes objectively the present condition about it, putting forward it's problems that can't be omitted ,analyzing the reasons of the problems' formation. At last, based on integrating theory and practice, it presents the method about how to carry out the institutions of higher education teaching administration specialization.
