With the rapid development of network technology, a new kind of education mode-network education has a good future. The most advantage of network education is the network education resources is on-limits and can be shared, so how can make the students find the knowledge they need in the huge and unorderly resources is the primary task to network education. The resolvent is to design the query tools of information using in the network education.The tools using in the Internet is called Searching Engine. As the Statistic statistics, Search Engine is the second popular net tools except E-mail. But with the increasing of the information is huger and huger, and the request of precision, the current Search Engine is not meet the users' needs. A more intelligent and individuation Search Engine is needed.This paper analyses the knowledge and technology of Searching Engine, especial discusses the limitation of Chinese Searching Engine, then puts forward a Searching Engine model fitting the students in the network education and builds the frame-work. The model uses artificial intelligence(AI), such as the Concept Semantic Network and the Intelligent Agent, and makes the model more intelligentizing. The study has two parts: One is the study of retrieval module based of concept. That is ,on the basis of the characteristic of network education resources and the category of subject, a concept semantic network is built to expand the demand word , including synonymy, relationship and extension. That can enlarge the retrieval area and advance the recall of Searching Engine. The other parts is the study of the individuated Intelligent Agent based of concept semantic network built in the one parts, The Agent build a individuated model on the frame of concept semantic network by analyzing the student' feedback information, and the line of the concept represent the correlation of the concept. The model can express the area of students' interest visually, and the location of the interested documents can be ahead, that can advance the precision of Searching Engine. The paper also designs a experiment to check the Intelligent Agent system, the result indicates the system can bring forward the interested documents and offer the information for the students actively.
