This has become a significant factor restricting the further deeper innovation of education and teaching and the performance of quality education. So the existing construction of elementary school teacher team must be reviewed and innovated with new conceptions and ideas.Currently, the research of the teacher professional development has become the focused hot point. Promoting the development of teacher specialty has become an effective way to develop the whole quality of teacher team, and also become an important visual angle of the research of the teacher team construction. The "Research of specialty development of elementary school young teacher in Wuxi " is studying the problems of quality situation and team construction of the elementary school young teachers in Wuxi from the view angle of teacher specialty development. Aiming at the existing problems that restrict the specialty development of elementary school young teacher, how to widen fine resources, improve specialty-working condition and promote the specialty development of elementary school young teachers has been an important subject rich of theoretical meaning and practical value before us.The purpose of this research is to use the basic conception of teacher professional development to review and describe the existing situation of professional development of the elementary school young teacher in Wuxi, to analyze the cause that restrict the professional development of young teacher, and to give out the strategy and advisement for improving the construction of elementary school teacher team and promoting the professional development of elementary school young teacher. The research content is mainly divided into two aspects: 1st, description of the existing situation of professional development of the elementary school young teacher in Wuxi, including the specialty affection, specialty knowledge and skills, stage character of professional development, specialty-working situation and promotion condition of young teacher professional development;2nd, analysis of the factor that restrict the specialty development of elementary school young teachers, give out the strategy and advisement for promoting the specialty development of young teacher.This research insists the basic idea of demonstration study all the time, the problemsare out of practice, and the strategy is generated from the relatively successful way and experience. During the research process, we have based ourselves on the practical situation of the local teacher work and the whole quality level of the elementary school young teacher in Wuxi.
