Firstly,according to the tendency of morden education, Geography and the characteristics, problems of geography teaching, this paper analyses and points out that, MCAI is possible and necessary in geography teaching in middle school, simply tells its effects. It makes an analysis on the advantages as well as notices, compared with traditional, electrical medium and general CAI. Secondly, the essay analyses the theoretical basis of MCAIG all-sidely. Thirdly, for the feature, essence and the meaning of creative thought, the article discusses shortcomings, general characteristics and the basic expressions of high school students' creative thought, combining the characteristics of the geography teaching thought in high school, puts forward the meaning of creative thought for students,tells roles of MCAIG in cultivating creative thought. Fourthly, it expounds some channels on how to cultivate creative thought with the aid of MCAIG on the basis of practice. Finally, an example is used to do analysis.
