In our society and schools, we adopt different standards to measure teachers' working, which forces them to seek unilaterally students' intellect development. Though the Chinese language teaching in middle schools and primary schools has experienced many reforms, it still ignores development of students' non-intellect factors, which prevent students cultivating their perseverance according to humanity of Chinese language texts. This article first explains what is perseverance in Chinese teaching and its aim, then decides the concrete aims of perseverance from consciousness, perseverance, decision, self-control these four aspects, and hope to achieve the final aim of students' perseverance through these four concrete aims. Following this, this article describes the present conditions about students' perseverance, which are ignored by teachers, and this condition causes students' not good behavior. From ideology, teaching environment, teaching method and students themselves these four factors, this article analyses these conditions and finally raise available strategies to cultivate students' perseverance. So teachers should change their traditional ideas and our schools and society should perfect the environment for Chinese language teaching to develop perseverance education well and realize its aim.
