The practice of teaching is an important part of teacher education. It is an important practicing course in normal college. Normal students may understand the reality of middle school and learn a lot to improve their ability of teaching in the course of teaching practice.In the first chapter we give an exact definition of the ability of practice of teaching. We explain the status and function of teaching practice in the course of teacher training and introduce the present situation of teaching practice in developed countries and we may draw lessons from it. Finally, we summarize the new demands of quality education to physics teachers.In the second chapter we discuss the function of self- examination of normal students in the course of the of teaching practice; Self-examination is a decisive factor of teacher training .It is an important term for normal students to be a scholar teacher .It can improve the teaching ability of normal students so they may become an excellent teacher in the future.In the third chapter we introduce a new method of assessment oriented in America -portfolio evaluation. We think it is suitable to use the method in teaching practice. Then we illustrate in detail the application of it. Finally we explain the result of the application in the department of physics of East China Normal University. |
