On The Current Situation And The Cultivation Of The Current University Students' Ideological Quality

In the recent more than ten years, a great achievement has been made in the research into the all-round Quality Education of the current university students, but up to now less achievement has been made in the further systematic research into the current university students' ideological moral quality, which only remains on the exposition of cognition and viewpoint. On the basis of learning, studying and summarizing predecessors' experience and theory, the author makes further research and discussion in the following three parts:Part One: The structure of the current university students' ideological moral quality and its research significance. Firstly, the author discusses the concept and the essential factors of the current university students' ideological moral quality, and then expounds its content and characteristics. Secondly, the author discusses research current situation and significance of the current university students' ideological moral quality in order to expound that ideological moral quality in the growth of university students will exert a tremendous influence on the development of our country and their future, and then probe into the brilliant significance of the research, which can enrich the theory of Political Thought Education .Part Two: The analysis of present situation of the current university students' ideological moral quality. Firstly, the author analyses the essential aspects of the current university students' ideological moral quality, such as, the widespread improvement of ideological moral theory ; sharp and firm political attitude with the characteristic of times; newer and quicker sense of ideological moral with a wide field of vision ; healthier behaviour with stronger moral consciousness. Secondly, the author summarizes the chief problems existing in the current university students' ideological quality, political quality and moral quality, such as, lack of theright consciousness of competition; lack of the sense of responsibility; lack of the collective spirit and only stressing "myself ; laying particular stress on major but ignoring the improvement of political consciousness ; Knowing divorcing from Doing ; moral and behaviour out of rules at times . Finally, the author discusses the reasons of the problems existing in the current university students' ideological quality.Part Three: The cultivation measures of the current university students' ideological quality. Firstly, social development demands to strengthen the current university students' moral education, which consists of cultivating higher political awareness in order to make clear the responsibility of constructing comparatively well-off society ; of cultivating higher ideological quality and mastering right methods of thinking ;of cultivating better moral quality ( whose core is serving for people, whose principal is collectivism, whose focal point is honest and creditable) to form good social morality, good professional moral and good family virtue. Secondly, strengthening the educational systems. The perfect ideological moral educational system is the sum of methods, measures and links which play a key role in the Quality Education, and it consists of guarantee system, managing system and evaluating system. Thirdly, setting up a set of scientific and systematic educational system of ideological moral; reforming the current educational systems of ideological moral in accordance with the demand of education and teaching in order to enrich the teaching of "Two Courses "; in order to establish the new Teaching Model , in which teachers play a leading role, students play a subjective role and teaching and studying are mutual; in order to promote teachers' professional abilities and establish a set of instructing system of professional teachers. Finally, improving educational environment of ideological moral quality. The author expounds the demands and measures of cultivating the current university students' ideological moral quality from the soft and hard environments of improving moral education.
