The quick popularization of the network causes a series of problems making us pondering. The moral situation the adolescent have been behaving in the network is more anxious for us. The voice of improving adolescents' moral levels, especially the voice of improving adolescents' moral levels in the network is rising after another. However, the network is quite different from the realistic world. The properties the network has itself make it difficult to get ideal effect. The moral education based on the network should be guided by Marxism-Leninism, Mao Ze-dong thoughts, Deng Xiao-ping theories, Three Representatives, General Plan of Administering Our Country with Virtue and the Outlines for the Practice of Citizen Moral, combining the characteristics of moral education based on the network such as fictitious, opening, relating, non-compelling etc. We should build home pages and websites, communicate with students, develop and make teaching software, use e-mail and put up electronic announcement systems to make Politics education, ideological education, moral education, laws and disciplines education and mentality education.Because the understanding on the moral education based on the network is in the initial stage, and its practice is being exploring, our moral education workers and other management departments should make concerted efforts, have the courage to practise and dare to exploit it. We should keep calm and sober-minded in the face of difficulties and problems, adhere to the tactics of making a concrete analysis of concrete problems. In this way can we solve kinds of problems existed in the moral education based on the network, defeat many problems met in the exploration and practice on the moral education based on the network, so it can be advanced continuously.
