Humanistic-administration is a modern administrative ration that the knowledge-economic society requires, it reflects the improvement of people's value and status. Actually humanistic-administration is a values of value, not a concrete administrative mode, it goes through all kinds of administrative modes and aspects and sectors of administration. School humanistic-administration is the application of humanistic-administration, an ideal school administrative mode that quality-education should go in for.Traditional school-administration-mode focuses on the respect of object, looks people as the means and tools. It inhibits and restrains the development of students and teachers. And the modelist, systemism, organizationism and the excessive emphasis on order and stablity of school-administration are not benefit for the development and innovation of education. In the way of the method of administration emphasizes on commandation and submitation, short of democracy and participation.Tradition school-administration-mode ignores the value of people, not benefit for the development of people and the innovation of education. Humanistic administration-mode is benefit for going over the disadvantage of traditional administration-mode, and accelerating the whole development of students, teachers and school.School-humanistic-administration-mode is to exercise the uppermost philoso -phical discipline to administer school, which claims supervisors respect members, be considerate of members, sprit up them and improve them and so on.It is characteristic of the promotion of members' status, fully developing the polent, supplying service to them, conformity collective goals and personal goals, and to develop members radically. Humanistic-administic ration stands for a new philosophical pricinple.The thesis analyse the necessary for the humanistic-administration. An important philosophical pricinple of the society and the essence of school-adninistr-ation, and the education-reformation in process, cry for the humanistic administration-mode. And explaining the disadvantages of the traditional school-administration-mode. The humanistic -administration-mode ispropitious to get over the disadvantages of traditional administration-mode, which include the idea of administration, administration system and administration method.Lastly, the putting humanistic administration into practice. One is to respect and develop students, two is to respect and develop instructors, third is to improve and develop president of school, and lastly is to conceiving excellent school-culture.
