Because the scale of higher education is doubled and the mode of educating students becomes more flexible, so the higher education is facing a great challenge especially in Students' Affairs. After years of unremitting effort, although some experience has been accumulated, there is a big gap compared to the United States in Students' Affairs. This paper compares the changed history, features, the management's philosophy and goals, structures between China and America by using the methods of Literature and Comparative. And the paper's view is that we should know there are some problems in our management, while continuing to use the advantages of management in students' affairs. We should put "student oriented" in to practice, and change the vertical structure into the oblate structure, in these ways to let students be active and give them more power. The aim of this paper is that it can give a reference in Students' Affairs by concluding the experience of America, in order to let students' affairs administration fully developed and cultivate good graduates for our country.
