A teacher's humanistic quality positively decide if a student takes on the thought of nation ,the sense of responsibility and morality ,the correct world-view and philosophy .While the student's humanistic quality is concerned with the teacher .Because students ,especially the students in the secondary vocation schools ,are young ,they need teachers' guide and help .But the actualities of teachers' humanistic quality are concerned ,especially the teachers in science and engineering fields have only the professional konwledge and know little the other relative subjects ,so they are thought as "more mastery ,less culture","higher antecedents ,lower equipment".The writer as a professional teacher in secondary vocation school is more sensitive with the condition .For example ,I deeply taste lower use of language when I meet difficulties in teaching .Depending on above view ,driecting by the theory of human-original education ,the theory of introversive mentality ,the theory of combination of intelligence and non-intelligence and the theory of individual sustainable development ,this thesis attempts to explore and pratice the problem of teachers' humanistic quality in secondary vocation schools from various diversion and deep level .The thesis centered on the questioning to improvement of teachers' humanistic quality ,furthering the education of humanistic quality in secondary vocation schools in China as real base and requirement for power ,in order to assist the development of quality-pivot education .This thesis prepares to explore the problem of improvement of teachers' humanistic quality in secondary vocation schools based on research result in higher schools in China and other countries .The thesis is divided into five parts .Part â… :Comparison and analysia method is adopted to deeply investigate the concept and content of quality-pivot and humanistic quality .Part â…¡: To learn the actualities of humanistic quality and existing problem ,research was filled in by part of teachers in secondary vocation schools of Shandong province ,then the datum of research are totalized and analyzed .Part â…¢: Based on the former research result ,meanwhile combined the writer's teaching experience ,the improvement measures of teachers' humanistic quality are put from four directions :society ,government ,schools and teachers themselves . Part â…£: The relation between the four supporting theories and improvement of teachers' humanistic quality in secondary vocation schools is mainly questioned.Part â…¤: The education of teachers' humanistic quality in higher schools and some developed countries like USA. is emphatically investigated .Then message of improvement of humanistic quality is found by adopting comparison method .
