By combining my teaching experience with the method of literature survey and the method of theory-practice-theory cyclic, the paper analyses the existing problems of physics concept teaching. It thinks that the main factors affecting the physics conception's forming are the scarcity of sensibility, the effect of preconception, the cognizance obstacle of abstract and epitome thinking, the thinking bug of middle school students, the effect of passive mentality of middle school students study and the complications of main body of study's control oneself -the level of metacognition. The paper first focus on the research on how these thinking obstacles come into being during the studying of physics conception and how they affect the forming of physics conception; then, the paper analyses the reasons of trepidation thinking and countermeasures against it; finally, it analyses preconception and metacognition which will affect students' study.In general, there are four stages during the process of abstract recapitulate thinking when students study physics conception. They are extractive stage, filter stage, assume ampliatio stage and confirm stage. The students have difference problem due to their difference level at difference stage. As a response, teachers should take difference methods in teaching. Under the guidance of modem teaching theory and the constructivism theory, combined with practice, the paper advances some valuable countermeasures including the countermeasure of concept introducing, the countermeasure of concept forming and the countermeasure of concept confirmation and feedback. These countermeasures will improve the quality of physics teaching.
