The new round of reform in curricula has definitely pointed out the nature of the Chinese curriculum -implement and humanity. It has also put forward the notion of curriculum resources as more and more people have realized the fact that without the support of curriculum resources, it will be very difficult to carry out any of those plans which are well-intended and hence bring about the practical and instructive effect in primary and middle schools. It is important that the resources should be abundant and appropriate so that the goal of curricula can be successfully achieved in a wide range. The development and exploitation of the curriculum resources are significant to the change of the function of curricula and the method of study. Meanwhile, it will broaden teachers' view of education, change their notion of it and stimulate their creative talent. This paper has looked into the connotation of the Chinese curricula, which helps people to form the correct notion of curriculum resources. It has also classified the Chinese curriculum resources and sought the principle and approaches to develop and esploit them. With scientific and down-to-earth attitude towards the study, questionnaire and the case tracking method are employed in the process in order to provide a thorough foundation for the development and exploitation of Chinese curriculum resources.
