It has been clearly pointed out in the new round of basic education course reform that we should establish an evaluation system which can bring about constant developments to the students, teachers and courses. The teacher assessment is an important part of the evaluation reform. The developmental teacher assessment is a new type of teacher assessment that meets the need of the future. It puts the developmental functions of the teacher assessment at the core and emphasizes more on the future development of the teachers than on their personal at work. The traditional teacher assessment influenced teachers' enthusiam at work to a great degree, but also restricted the full implementation of au-round education. Therefore, to study the teacher assessment is of great importance in the new round of basic education cause reform.On the basis of studying the documents on the developmental teacher assessment in and abroad, combining with the analysis from evaluation records and essays on the teachers' new curriculum classes in the local primary and junior schools, by the ways ofinvestigation, interview, practice and so on, in accordance with the subject of implementing the developmental teacher assessment in the classroom teaching, I study and work out an index of modern classroom teaching for improving teachers' development. Besides, I put forth some countermeasures by the analysis of the main problems appearing in the implementation of evaluation of the developmental teacher assessment to some extent.
