Classes are the basic organization of the school as well as the key environment for students to develop personality and realize their socialization. The operation of the class management has the direct influence to the educational function of the classes and students' overall and healthy development. However, from the stand point of management, the educational views of the schoolmasters are lagging in the current classes management in our country. They lack of correct understanding of the function of classes, their places and students' roles. From operation demotion, exam-driver's education and only seek the proportion of students entering higher school. The misleading such as too much importance on intelligence the same requirement and knowledge inflow and neglect of overall development, personality forging and ability cultivation an harm to the classes management. In addition, the lack of scientific evaluation system of class management is unfavorable for regulating the work of schoolmaster, motivating them and developing their creativity. Finally, society has some negative influences on the students and schools. Due to the factors mentioned above, many problems are existing in the class management, such as: no rules to follow in the classes management, the absolute authority of schoolmaster, one-sidedness in the management, the simples of work method, closed management form and subjective way to evaluate students. These problems hinder the overall, healthy and harmony development of students, deviate the demand of overall development education and lead to the mismatch between the students and social demands.According to the analysis of above issues, the thesis finds that only the close cooperation among school society and families could the existing problems be solved. The following are the corresponding approaches to do away with the problems. First, it's essential to improve the quality of schoolmaster and upgrade their educational views through training. Second point is to conduct management ofclass which conforms with quality education. The schoolmaster should apply psychological skill and intensity the communication with the family in the management of class which is based on the purpose of overall development and self-management of the students. Third, the scientific class work evaluation system should be established to regulate and lead the class management and improve its performance. Finally, the schoolmasters should strengthen the communication between the school and society, and construct the environment for the healthy development of the students.The thesis consist of three parts:The first part: the main issues in the management of class which point out six key problems and their harm.The second part: the reason analysis of the issues which explain the four reasons existing in the management of class.The third part: the approaches of improving the management of class which provide four approaches to tackle the issues and give an full explanation of them.
