Examining Content Of Moral Education At University In The Light Of Requirement For Human Resource Set By Enterprise

The article studies some problems and their reasons that lie in moral education of universities on human resource aspect. How do these problems connect with the lack in content system of moral education of universities? According to students' characteristics on moral and moral education goals in universities the article insists on the integration of theory and practice in the guide of dialectical materialism and historical materialism. After referring to many literatures and data concerned I combine problems raised in contents, approaches and methods of present moral education and expatiate the scientific meaning of moral contents in universities ,the relation of human resource and moral education, and the status , effects, and methods efficiently chosen of moral education with literature analysis and social research method. From these points the article raises some available and effective methods forming content system of moral education and provides important guiding thinking and principles in practical work. So it resolves the out -standing problems. With obvious maneuverability the article embodies moral content and enhances effect of moral work. On the basis of traditional moral education including political, ideological, moral, legal and psychological aspects the article inaugurates and raises that moral content should emphasize wisdom and culture view, ethic view in science and technology , ethic view in zoology and socialist market economic ethic view . In a word the article brings out important theoretic and practical meaning for researching the form of moral content system in universities' education with new view of human resource aspect.
