The purpose of this study is to investigate the changes of a-actin mRNA expression in skeletal muscles of rats after track exercises. 120 infancy male rats were randomly divided into the base contrast group (BC), low load exercise group and high load exercise group. In low and high load exercise group were again divided into 3 week group(3WL,3WH) 6 week group(6WL,6WH) 9 week group(9WL,9WH). At the same time in order to avoid the reciprocity of normal growth with exercise, the contrast groups (3WC, 6WC, 9WC) were especially set up relevantly. In each group there were ten rats. The rats weighting 65.37+7-5.97 (g) . They were fed in different chests taking food and drinking freely. The exercises were carried out 3 week,6 week, 9 week. The rats of the exercises groups carried out continuous uphill running with the speed of 12m/min, 20m/min for 60min (degree +5'). The BC group were slay before the day which the other groups starting, 3w, 6w, 9w groups were slay in 2h at the end of exercises. Using electron balance (made in U.S.A.) determining all mice avoirdupois every 3days, they were weighted last time at being slay. The gene expression of a-actin mRNA were determined by using the quantitative reverse transcription PCR technology.During 9 w rats growing, skeleton a-actin mRNA went through falling, rising, falling again. It was fallen lowest at 3w and highest at 6w. It was lower at 9w than that of 6w, but higher than that of 3w and starting. During the growing of rats, under the control of growing, the trend of skeleton a-actin mRNA was falling, rising and a little falling .Exercises can facilitate the gene expression of a-actin mRNA in skeletal muscles of rats. The gene expression of a-actin mRNA induced by low load exercise was highest in skeletal muscle, however, it was more lower in contrast groups. Exercises can facilitate skeletal muscles growing in mice, furthermore, the effect of stimulation of low load exercises was most. It was shown that exercises could facilitate the gene expression of a-actin mRNA in skeletal muscles of rats during the growing, and the simulation of low load exercises was most suitable.
