The network has become a representative medium of realizing interactive exchange with its flexibility and convenience. It offers a good study environment for the independent study of Chinese. Under the guidance of the theory of constructivism, web-based teaching hence makes the subject status of students really established. That is, students can learn to study autonomously, through exploring and learning to cooperate with others. Therefore it makes it possible for all the people to be educated all the life. Supported by information technology of the network, such things as reading, writing, spoken communication, and web-based explorative learning of Chinese have obtained new developing motive force. Thus students' Chinese information accomplishment inside improves greatly. Nowadays people have a strong desire to learn and master Chinese knowledge faster and more frequently. As for learning method, people are learning to discover and deal with knowledge instead of memorizing it. However the traditional teaching mode can not satisfy it. Its way out lies in reforming the teaching course and teaching method. That is, under the guidance of modern education theory, teachers fully utilize resources of information technology of the network, optimize the classroom instruction and set up new-type teaching model, Web-based learning is based on the resources and the constructions of online education resources should accord with certain study laws and the characteristic of the network information transmission of the network itself, How to use the online education resources effectively is the key to influence the efficiency of online education and the study result as well as to construct of the teaching model based on the network. It is of great importance to implement online Chinese teaching to hold each characteristic of the information technology of the network and Chinese discipline firmly and integrate the networks resource of Chinese rationally. The teaching models based on resources of the network are as follows:Classroom Instruction, Individual Independent Study, Web-Based Explorative Learning, The Case Study, Webquest, Resource-type study, Cooperative learning, Appreciation, The Network Composition, Spoken Communication Model and so on. In the state level research, the author has performed some instrumental practice and exploration in the construction of resource and model of web-based Chinese teaching.
