The global increasingly severe environmental problems have got people's attention more and more since the 70's of last century. These problems mainly come from human because of irrational use and even damages to the nature resource and environment, while the human's behavior is closely related to the lack of right cognition to the environment. Therefore there is only one way to reinforce the environmental education that is to increases people's environment consciousness, have a right cognition for environment and environment problem, and make the human's behavior and environment mutually harmonious, "environmental education, mainly in normal school". If we want to develop normal school academic environmental education, one of the most important parts is to establish scientific environmental education course system. As a normal school teacher whose major subject is environmental education, the author try to hold a discussion about the problems that exist in the course system of the present normal school academic environmental education.There are three chapters in the paper. The first one highlights the necessity to carry out environmental education in normal school academy. The second chapter, incorporated with the personal experience, is the author's viewpoints about the problems that lie in the course system of the present normal school academic environmental education. The third chapter, as the focus of the paper, indicates the author's assumption about how to compose a set of scientific course system for normal school academy environmental education.
