L-malate is an important intermediate on the process of metabolism, which is easy to be absorbed and come into mitochondrion through cell membrane. There is close relation between high density of malate and the exercise. At the same time, malate can promote to produce energy in mitochondrion; elevate spotter's Anaerobic Threshold; reduce the depletion of glycogen. Oligosaccharide can effectively improve and maintain blood glucose, save glycogen. FDP is not only the intermediate of the glycolysis, but also the adjustment of the carbohydrate metabolism, which can improve the cell's function. Because malate's specially location in the process of organism metabolism and can its beneficial effect to sports ability, the purpose of this investigation is to probe into the different influence malate ingestion on glycogen store, aerobic metabolism and blood urea metabolism when malate, oligosaccharide and FDP were ingested at the same time or alone, and furthermore to provide feasibility reference to utilize malate for athletes.66 male mice were divided into contrast group( I ), malate group( II ), malate oligosaccharide solution group(III), malate complex nutrient solution(IV). They undertook 90 minutes fixed load exercise and exhausted swimming exercise. They were killed immediately after swimming. Then the blood sugar ,hepatic and muscle glycogen, blood HL, blood urea and quadriceps femoris MDH, LDH, ALAT, ASAT were tested. Results showed that: 1) Supplement malate, malate plus oligosaccharide, malate complex nutrient solution all can elevate the times of the exhaust time; 2)Supplement malate, malate plus oligoccharide can reduce the level of blood urea after exercise; 3)Supplement malate and malate plus oligoccharide can keep mice blood sugar stable and reduce the depletion of glycogen during exercise, supplement malate complex nutrient solution can accelerate the oxidation of glycogen; 4) Supplement malate plus oligoccharide can improve the exercise mice muscle aerobic and anaerobic ability; 5)Supplement malate plus oligoccharide can improve the activity of exercise mice muscle alanine transaminase, which is propitious to maintain high level of tricarboxylic acid cycle intermediates.
