On The Personality Cultivation Of Vocational School Students In The New Century

To strengthen the personality cultivation of vocational school students and to cultivate high-quality labors with healthy personality that meet the demands of the New Century are the key points to solve the current difficulties that secondary vocational cultivation encounters, and they are the necessary demands of the New-Century educational humanization tendency for secondary vocational cultivation. This thesis, starting with the "man-oriented" modern educational conception, gives thorough discussions on the personality cultivation of vocational school students by documentary consultations and investigations of relative personalities as well as on-the -spot observations, sampled interviews. The thesis illustrates the theoretical basis of personality and personality cultivation, points out the great significance to strengthen the personality cultivation of vocational school students. Basing on the status and causes of the personality cultivation of vocational school students and their characteristics, the thesis concludes that the cultivation of vocational school students' personality should be carried out by means of multi-channel Trinitarian powers of schools, the society and families so as to accentuate the importance of building up correct outlooks on vocational school education and to find the path of the personality cultivation that fits in with the characteristics of vocational school students' physical and mental development and educational disciplines, and to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the overall quality education of vocational school educatiqn in the New Century, the promotion of the harmonious physical and mental development and the cultivation of high-quality labors as' well as the sustainable development of secondary vocational education.
