The education department has tried out the new outline of preschool education guidance since September,2001. The new outline fully affirmed the effect and status of the kindergartener in educating the children, and meanwhile it also put forward an unprecedented demand and challenge to the kindergarteners' quality. In Children's normal school, maths has become an important cultural course. To adapt the incessant needs of improving the children's education level and the kindergarteners' cultural quality, it 's very significant to probe the children's normal school's maths all-round education .The research on the students and kindergarteners maths cognition showed that the kindergarteners must enhance their maths accomplishment. Children's Normal School maths all-round education design must base on the demand of the all-around education, grasp the main contradict of the modern maths education development, solve the problem of why to learn, what to leam and how to learn. Scientifically selecting the teaching content and method, following the maths all-round education thinking to the design of knowledge impartation, ability training and moral education penetration will make the students benefit from the integral education of the maths knowledge skill, maths thinking ability, maths idea and maths spirit, cause the whole students' entire development and train the high quality persons qualified to teach who can adapt the demand of the times.
