1. Purpose of WritingDuring my long-term teaching practice in vocational school, I find that most new students can hardly meet the basic requirements put forward on Junior Secondary Language & Literature Synopsis for listening and speaking skills. Deeply concerned with their prospects, I have been emphasizing the training of oral communication abilities throughout my education practice. Meanwhile, relevant new teaching materials have always been searched, explored and utilized for the purpose of better education quality so as to make graduates enter the competitive employment market with well-improved speaking and listening skills.2. Measures for Research:Primary measures for research shall be as follows: Observation, Investigation, Cause-tracing, Experiential Conclusion, as well as comparison and so on.3. Accomplishments of Research:3-1 The skills of listening, speaking, reading and writingshall complement each other.3-2 Students' interests in Listening and writing shall bearoused first.3-3 As for the training of students' listening skills, we shallfocus on students' ability to listen intently to, to memorizeas well as to comprehend what is being said.3-4 As for the training of students' speaking skills, we shallfocus on such abilities as: ability to express feelings through pronunciation; ability to organize internal language; ability to edit language quickly; ability to control pronunciation.3-5 The employment of measures for training shall depends on time, place, and target students, no matter educating in or outside classroom.4.
