Deeply concerned with their prospects, I have been emphasizing the training of oral communication abilities throughout my education practice. Meanwhile, relevant new teaching materials have always been searched, explored and utilized for the purpose of better education quality so as to make graduates enter the competitive employment market with well-improved speaking and listening skills.2. Measures for Research:Primary measures for research shall be as follows: Observation, Investigation, Cause-tracing, Experiential Conclusion, as well as comparison and so on.3.
