The Research On The Interest Group Of Society In The Transforming Period

The Interest Group of Society is a basic unit and notion in Sociology. It is different to the traditional notions and research mathods such as class and section and it provided a new visual angle for the research of the structure of our society. Our society is in a Transforming Period(a period during which the the planned economy is transforming into market economy),so the reform reconstructed the interest situation and coplicated the social structure . The research on the defferent IGS is gradually valued by the theorists and the authorities of the government. This paper is an quest in this field based on the summing-up of the interest group that other scholars had grobed for.First,this paper analyzed the connotation and the dividing standard of the IGS.Nowadays,there are at least five definetions of IGS in this academic area and there is no a unitive description. But there is a common place which regard the interest group as a community that exist in certain forms and made up of interested people. There are different ways of the standard for the dividing.Except for the standard of career,there are other standards such as the ownership of producing materals and the ways of management methods of repartition power and social position charaters of culture and knowledge,etc.This paper also set forth the reasons of why it adopt the standard of career.Second,this paper analyzed the situation and trend of IGS in our transforming period.According to the standard of career,this paper analyzed the industry worker group agreculture labor group managing group of the country and society managers group the private enterprise owner group N the anti-society group. The last one include the evil clan influence and the mafia.Apart from these mentioned above,there are other small scale interest groups based on the standard of career such as special technist group clerk group commerce servant group unemployee and semi-unemployee group,etc. The tendencies of the IGS in our country are:1 The tendency of accelerated flow. Befored the Reform,the IGS is comparatively standstill;but after the Reform,the IGS began to flow and accelerate.2 The tendency of defferentiation. Before the Reform,the defferentiation degree of the IGS is low,while after the Reform,the tendency of plurism appeared.3 The tendency from the pyramid-shape to rugby-shape.This manifest that our society is changing from the traditional society to modern society.Third,this paper analyzed the stand out problems of our IGS in the Transforming Peroid.In the Transforming Peroid the interests are not balenced. This is because the system and it is manifested in many aspects.The unbalanced situation led to the unharmony of different interest group.This paper annlyzed the unharmony between the industry workers and the farmers between the managing group of the country and society and other interest groups between the private enterprise owner group and other interest groups and believe that all the contradictions mentioned above are not antagonistic contradiction.But if not properly dealt with,it maybe developed into antagonistic contradiction.The unbalance of interst situation let to the unharmony between the defferent interest groups,which mainly expressed by the differentiation between the riches and the poors.Finally,this paper provided the counterplan to the relations between the IGS in the Transforming Period.This paper believe that the methods that be used to deal with the relations between the groups should comply with the three basic principles.They are the principle of people generally benefitted,principle of proper gap between the riches and the poors and the principle of satisfing the least needs. Also,it proveded some machanism to assure the principles which are the equal competation\ strenthened social controling\interest expression and educations on law and politics.
