This essay focuses on the countermeasure research of the stable transition between the junior middle school and the senior middle school.A distinct fissare-un-dovetail, appears in the academic stage between the junior middle school and the senior middle school during the development and growth of the students. This kind of un-dovetail brings the students difficulties and also is the obstacle for them.About the fissure, there are many factors leading to this phenomenon. This resarch has been more completely and deeply analysed from the physiological and psychological factors, as well as from the teaching and studying methods even from the policy. To approach the method to make up for this fissure, some educators have done some work and made some progress. But, up to now, they have not found a reasonable approach to solve this problem yet.This research tries to begin with the reason to cause the fissure and use for reference the other methods that the educators at home and abroad have adopted to solve the dovetail so as to give us a thinking way to set up the junior and senior middle schools. Because of this, the research obviovsly gives us many suggestions, such as to frame the educational system, school-running thoughts, school-running pricipal, corriculom, teaching methodology, studying methods, teaching organization, class management, operating methods, etc. for the junior and senior middle school in order to explain the possibility of set up the junior and senior middle school.Now conies the result of research:(1) Distinct fissure does exist in between the junior middle school and the senior middle school.(2) Un-dovetailling leads to the failure of the students' development.(3)To establish the junior middlle school amd the senior middle school is an effective approach to solve it.
