Teachers' Alodial Development is the key of the Teacher-Education. Learning is the radical way of the Teachers' Selfhood Development. A Teacher-Learning Group organized by themselves is an effective learning model of Teachers' Specialized Education and Selfhood Development.The present documents pay much attention to "Group" or "Learning Group". But they seldom discuss Teachers Group, not alone Teacher-Learning Group. This shows that the social essence of teachers' monadic learning has not been valued and that the function of a Teacher-Learning Group has not been evaluated sufficiently.This paper uses qualitative research methods. It discusses the essence and Character, the function and effect, the system and assuring circumstance of a Teacher-Learning Group after a typical case analysis. It applies theories of the teachers professional development, the adult learning, the group acting and the theory of learning organization.The members of a Teacher-Learning Group have the same cultural and historic heritage, They possess the same aim and similar practical experience, too. They can develop their own individualities in the group. As an organic integrant of Teacher-Education system. A Teacher-Learning Group has the similarities of common groups and individualities of a Learning Group. It also has the flexible adaptivity to the environment of system.A Teacher-Learning Group has the common functions of the general groups, such as social furtherance, satisfaction to its members' various psychological requirements and connection between the administrative organizations and individuals. It can also construct situational learning "Platform", build the approbation of the teachers' value and promote the teachers' specialized improvement.A Teacher-Learning Group has set up various running system, for example, starting and absorbing, establishing shared vision, "sharing emotion", "sharing experience'', "sharing progress", "deterring downhill condition" or renewing, "making lifeblood" or maintaining operation, encouraging and keeping sanitarian. If there are suitable conditions, it can produce active effects, such as promoting the idea of "life-long learning", enriching the teachers' learning achievements, assisting normal Teacher-Education, procuring teachers' selfhood development.
