With the rapid development of network technology and the wide application of Internet, network education is now becoming more and more popular, and online learning will become one important form of human learning activities. It is estimated that the number of universities that provide online education will reach one hundred and the total enrollment of online students will be over two million in five years. However, the rapid development of online education brings researchers and educators a new problem: how to guarantee the quality of online education?In my opinion, scientific and reasonable evaluation of students' learning behavior and learning results can effectively promote students' learning, as well as guarantee the quality of online education. In this research, the author holds one basic principle that the purpose of learning evaluation aims to improve students' learning. So, learning evaluation of network education is the focus of this paper. Based on the characteristics of online learning and the principles of learning evaluation, this paper first establishes the online learning evaluation standards, especially the non-measured ones. And then students' online learning information is collected through Internet and is recorded in the dossier for evaluation. Based on the established evaluation standards, students' online learning behavior is assessed and students are given feedback and suggestions for further studying.
