| This article is finished based on the microcosmic investigating of the outward employment population of JiLin province ZhongHou village. In past, when people research the outward employment population, they mainly choose the village near JiangZhe area where the collective economy is relative develop as the investigative object, but to the middle area especially the village of JiLin province where the collective economy is unsubstantial, the research to the boorish flow is not seen now.
