In the knowledge-economy epoch, society puts forward a higher request to the education of talents, and the traditional education hasn't been able to fit the new social situation. Thus quality education that concentrates on the foster of students' creative consciousness, creative and practical ability comes into being. The proposition and practice of quality education is a course full of constant gropes, the research into which numerous educators are paying attention to. The reform of RE teaching is very vigorous and in ascendant.By means of the following methods, such as documentary and data, visit and conversation, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics, logical and systematical ways and so on, and according to theories of group dynamics, combining to the traits of RE technology teaching, drawing lessons from the splendid achievements of modern teaching theories, aiming at the weakness of traditional teaching, this paper carries out experiments and researches in order to probe a method system superior to traditional one.Group efficiency theories on group dynamics offer theories and methods for our research into teaching and experiments. In the light of setting explicit teaching goals, drawing practical and efficient class regulations, developing proper rivalry and active co-operation, making democrat and harmonious atmosphere, the experiment class is influenced to examine the actual effects of applying group dynamics to track and field technology teaching.Through teaching experiments, theories and methods of group dynamics in the application to track and field technology teaching are tested and verified to befeasible and efficient; Applying theories and methods of group dynamics to trackand field technology teaching can improve students' scores of technology and reaching a standard, which shows its application to technology teaching can heighten teaching effects; During the technology teaching, setting reasonable and explicit teaching goals can give free rein to guiding and driving function of teaching goals better; Drawing practical and efficient class regulations is beneficial to ensure a good teaching order and efficiency; Developing proper rivalry and active co-operation is helpful to make teaching filled with vigor and superiority inter-supplement as well as improvement in common between students; Making democrat and harmonious atmosphere can actively advance the development of students' initiation; Applying group dynamics to technology teaching is beneficial to improve students' practical ability and foster their co-operative spirit, creative consciousness, collective conception, democrat consciousness and self-discipline.In short, application of group dynamics to technology teaching is helpful to mobilize students' zeal, promote their development, and improve teaching efficiency. Therefore teachers can make use of the theories and methods of group dynamics in technology teaching. Meanwhile attention should be paid to: the thought of democracy is implied in this theory. As a result, when teachers apply it to teaching practice, they should transfer their thought and ideas and make themselves enter students fields, get along with them equally and give students granted free and rights so as to develop their initiation better.
