The Survey And Teaching Experimental Study On The Enhancing Combined Techniques Of Basketball Course In Wuhan Partly Colleges And Universities

Basketball course is one of the most important curriculums of physical education (P.E.) in the general colleges and universities. And it is also a course that uivolues basketball skills and strong-willed quality, which contributes to the full development of one's morality, intelligenceand physical constitution .However for a long period of time ,the spoon-feeding way of teaching has been adopted .that is Reaching step by step without any combination ,such as teaching moving skill first, then dribbling ,passing and catching the ball .This conventional method took the in-class-teaching, or book knowledge ,or teachers as a center ,which restricts the students' conscious activities and kills their creative thoughts .this kind of teaching pattern will not word efficiently in reality hi the 21th century, especially after the adjustment of P.E. planning by education ministry ,for skill of playing basketball.The uivestigator uses the method of uirestigation experimental comparison and mathematical statistics to carry out this study. Twenty basketball teaching specialists were interviewed and 248 sophomore students specializing in basketball among Wuhan institute of chemical technology .central south national university ,central china university of science and technology and central south university of law and financial were questionnaired .the result of comparative teaching experiment proceeding in tow groups stochastically drawn from each university is analyzed withmathematical statistics .ultimately the author draws the conclusion :the teaching pattern of the combined techniques by shot -center ,dribble-basis and passing-catching-bond is fit in with the present situation in the 21th basketball teaching.
