This thesis sumps up the practice experience and studies the theory of the Alternate Stratified Group Teaching Pattern(ASGTP) in its reform experiment. It acknowledges that the results in the research of individual differences, the theory on subjetiveness and the theory on the shortest way to the developing point, have laid an important theoretical foundation for ASGTP. ASGTP must be carried out according to the principles of the students?group stratification, subjective development and corperation. It also has a detailed explanation of the organization of the pratice process and regulation methods, noting that ASGTP must be carried out by changing one?idea, strengthening the organizations, developing the stratifications and paying more attention to the regulation. Adjusting the stratification of psychology, directing the stratification of learning methods, building up the teachers as a team and forming the students?good qualities are not only thesafeguard to success but also the typical experience for achieving the result of success in ASGTP. ASGTP has an advantage over traditional class-teaching means, faster- slower class-teaching method or any other stratification teaching way, for it抯 of better operation and broader application. It has been proved in practice that ASGTP creatively puts into effect the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, which realizes the goal of stratification teaching by choosing courses as well as common good progress by taking different steps forward. It has been also proved that ASGTP reflects the quality-education thinking of teaching for all the students and all their ability developments. This has surely told us that ASGTP has the value of pratice popularization for its active effect in raising the entire school education level.
