In 1990s, with the rapid development of computer technology, multimedia was widely applied in teaching areas. However, due to the economy reason and others, course using the multimedia technology in china is in a state of imbalance. This paper pointed out some problems in the biology multimedia teaching among the middle-school teachers and put forward the direction on the future teaching. The problems base in our investigation were as follows: firstly, the undeveloped situation of multimedia teaching infrastructure. Secondly, biology teacher were generally not good at computer. Thirdly, there were many problems in teaching-software. It is hoped that follows will be well put into effect: first, increase more investment in computer and instrument construction. Second, coach regularly teachers in computer practical operation. Third, improve as far as possible the computer assisted instruction software in biology. Forth, optimize the biology teaching.
