Educational undertaking is a basic project of far-reaching strategic significance, in the socialist constructive cause with Chinese characteristics. Increasing educational input is root measure to implement educational strategic position. Owing to various reasons, our Chinese educational investment is of heavy insufficiency over a long times, hinder the development of the educational cause. Therefore, researches on theoretical and practical problems of increasing educational investment, is of momentous theoretical and current significance. The article takes Deng Xiaoping Educational Theory as guide, expounds the necessity of increasing educational input, especial increasing extrabudetary educational input, and it抯 normalized supervision.
