A Research On The Idea Of Quality In Educational Administration

The quality in educational administration is a key problem in educational administration How to imderstand the quality in educational alniinistiation? What ideas of quality in educational administration do people have? How to constmct and update people ideas? All of these are important problems what we would research in this paper. In the ariiele, the author presents that there are many subjects who have ideas of quality in educational administration. The thesis mainly dehlerates ideas of quality in educational admhuistw.tion from both educational theoiy subjects and educational practice subjects. The aufl~ior asserts that from two aspects, we could explore and define the quality in educational administration. One is its extending quality that is named as educational product quality; the other is itself quality named as educational administration effectiveness. Taking this definition as the standard, we sum up and analyze ideas of quality in educational administration from educational theory subjects. On the basis of the former research, the author comes up with her ovvn correct understanding for the idea of quality in educational administration, and then makes an elementary introspection Finally, the thesis emphasizes the process and factors in the construction and update of ideas of quality in educational administration from educational practice subjects and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
