With the rapid development of information technology, the Internet and related application equipment has become a part of daily life, instructional system design under the modern information technology environment has different from tradition. The new basic curriculum reform put emphasis on developing student's creativity and the practical ability as the key point. Reflective learning can help students analyze and review study experience, make cognize perceive deepen gradually. Therefore, the cultivation of students'reflective learning ability is the need of the revolution of education as new ear. Few researches on reflective leaning are held home and abroad, the theory and practice of reflective learning are in great need of systematic analysis and guidance. We have researched as follows: Firstly collected and analyzed the present situation of research on reflective learning. Secondly this paper constructed the reflective learning model of college students in the support of information technology, and then designed learning activities for the college student to develop their reflective learning ability according to the reflective learning model. Thirdly introduced junior students in the optional courses of Learning Science and Learning Technologies classroom teaching to carry on the fulfillment research that reflections training in detail, and then practiced a result carrying on reflection and summary.The innovation of this paper lies in constructing the reflective learning model of college students in the support of information technology according to the aspects of the teachers, the students, and the tools.
