The Teachers'Receptirity on curriculum reform is an important factor which influences the implement of curriculum reform, and if teachers actively accept the reform, curriculum reform can achieve the expected effect. Under the background of the new curriculum reform, through questionnaire and interview about the receptirity of teachers in high schools on the new curriculum reform in Xin Jiang, the present study surveyed teachers'attitude on new curriculum reform and tendency on the implement of new curriculum; meanwhile, the study analyzed the benefit evaluation of non-monetary cost on the implement of new curriculum reform, the practicability of curriculum, the items concerned by teachers, the support for teachers implementing the new curriculum reform inside and outside school, to explore the main factors influencing teachers'acceptance on new curriculum; the present study also provides some advice for improving the acceptance of teachers in high schools on new curriculum.Based on analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:1. Teachers in high schools in Xin Jiang tend to accept the new curriculum reform.2. The length of teaching service and the subject influence teachers'receptirity on the new curriculum reform. The longer the length of teaching service, the lower the acceptance on the new curriculum reform; the receptirity on the new curriculum reform of teachers teaching the subjects which are tested in the entrance examination to university is lower than that of teachers teaching the subjects which are not tested in the entrance examination to university.3. The benefit from cost is the key factor that influences the receptirity of teachers in high schools in Xin Jiang on new curriculum.4. Lack of support both inside and outside school influences the receptirity of teachers in high schools in Xin Jiang on new curriculum and the implement of new curriculum.5. The imperfect evaluating system lowers teachers'acceptance on the new curriculum reform.Through study, the researcher found that to improve teachers'receptirity on new curriculum, first, teachers should change their conception. Teachers should overstep simple thought, and face the complexity in the process of curriculum reform; secondly, teachers'nuclear role should be emphasized in the process of curriculum reform and the implementing strategies of curriculum reform should be improved to urge everyone especially teachers taking part in the curriculum reform; thirdly, support inside school should be strengthened and support outside school should be actively gained to innovate the training system of teachers, to improve teachers'development; finally, developmental evaluation of curriculum should be set to improve teachers'receptirity on the new curriculum reform.
