Getting The Current Guangxi Junior P.E. And Health Course In Perspective By Looking Through 2010 Excellent Junior P.E. Teaching Cases In Guangxi

The P.E. teaching is the core contents, important factors and indispensable part in quality education for schools. They are the main forms to train the builders and successors with the moral, intellectual, physical, and aesthetic development for the socialist society.With the literature, research, mathematical statistics and case studies, according to the national regulatory and documents and teaching theory on PE course, in accordance with the requirement of the nature of curriculum, the basic concept, design ideas, curriculum goals, content standards, implementation of the proposed in the new curriculum standards (Level 4), this article treats the P.E. classes teaching in junior middle schools in Guangxi province as the main targets. Through the National Education Supervision Delegation's special supervision and inspection to the P.E. and health jobs in primary and secondary schools in Guangxi province in 2010, after visiting some heads of schools, educational and administrative departments in provinces, cities and counties and some students, analyzing the 97 excellent PE teaching cases(Video CD) from 97 junior middle schools in 14 cities in the fourth national exhibition school sports observe lessons for primary and secondary school, this article studied the teaching status of the course of PE and Health in Guangxi province under the new curriculum standards.The author thinks, under the new curriculum standards, we should enhance policy learning, perfect the evaluation system for the course teaching and carry out the supervision and inspection regularly. We also should strengthen the study on school-based curriculum according to the local condition, and improve the PE and health course teachers'operational capacity and their missions through measures. We should make full use of all the conditions guided by forces and trapped in the system, treat the goal content as precondition, combines the rich folk sports in Guangxi province with the modern sports. At the same time, we can choose the events with less space and equipment but with strong interest and good fitness effect. We can improve the class teaching qualities and each student's health with the effective teaching, teacher-led, student-centered. And we can deep carry out the quality education. These are the new idea for the sustainable development of course of PE and Health in Guangxi province.
