Study On CUBA Events Management And Specialists Output System

CUBA is a basketball event whose protagonists are college students. It turns to be an important game in the Chinese college sports, and brings a great revolution to the Chinese basketball and college sports. Organizing high-level sports teams in colleges is an important strategic measure to bring up outstanding players with diverse forms ways and levels. In the long term of basketball evolution, it is of great strategic significance to develop league basketball matches in colleges.We will compare the event managements and operation forms of CUBA, NCAA, CBA and NBA by the theories of public administration, sociology, economics and pedagogic psychology, make analysis to the present management and system composition factors of CUBA, and extensively investigate the restrain factors which affect the telnets development and competitive level. Our purpose is to systematically discover the restrain factors that affect the specialists output of CUBA in the present period.In this paper, we propose specific strategies and corresponding measures by extensive theoretic discussions and evidence-based analysis. The main creative points are presented as the following:1. We provide the strategies on how to constitute, consummate and improve the event management of CUBA.2. We give the measures and suggestions on how to effectively constitute specialists output system.3. We propose specific strategies and corresponding measures on the sustainable development and complement players insurance of CUBA.In my opinion, this paper has certain realistic sense and theoretic research meaning for the specialists output of CUBA and the sustained, rapid development of Chinese basketball.
