Study On The Construction Of Harmonious Campus Culture In Colleges

The college campus culture is an important constituent of our advanced socialist culture. In the new century, as the development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, higher education has achieved great leaps. The college campus culture has taken such on vigorous vitality that is not only active in the campus atmosphere, playing an important role in educating people, but also becomes an important component in the building of the advanced socialist culture. It has very significant theoretical and practical meaning for the higher education reform, the effects of the campus culture, the improvement ideological and political work of college students and the cultivation of qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism to conduct systematic analysis and vigorously promote the construction of the college culture with features of socialism, this era and campuses. Under the guidance of Marxist theory, this paper makes an approach to bring the campus culture into the harmonious view from the perspective of cultural studies and systematically discusses the meaning, characteristics, structures and functions of the campus culture. Besides, combined with questionnaires, the author summarizes experiences of constructions of the college campus culture and some problems existing among them are analyzed as well.According to the spirit of the Central CCP's relevant documents on building harmonious society, combined with the present situation of the colleges, to strengthen construction of harmonious campus culture and promote ideological and political education in colleges, this paper proposes specific measures as followed:First, build an objective system of the construction of harmonious campus culture in colleges; second, make clear goals; third, fill the content of the construction of campus culture and create a harmonious and beautiful campus environment; forth, enrich the form of activities and create a civilized and harmonious campus atmosphere; fifth, establish a long-term mechanism and promote the construction of harmonious campus in colleges. With the goal of strengthening ideological and political education and improving the quality of training talented persons, focused on the exploration of objectives, principles, contents and forms of campus culture, combined with the author's understanding to the ideological and political education, the"five"strategies has presented some feasible analyses and raised several valuable measures. It can be used for consultation and reference.
