The model of teacher education is the system aims to achieve protection of teacher education. It is the unified process of purpose of the teacher education and regular elements. Influencded by the theory of the world thought and Practice of Teacher Education , under the direct promotion of the rapid development of practice inland. Local Teachers Colleges have implemented conscious paradigm transformation from normal education to teacher education. Universitization and integration of Teacher Education have become the trend of historical changes of the times. Traditional local teachers colleges of teacher education mode has its own system of protection and operating mode. But the transformation of teacher education, the new model is still in the exploration and improvement. Original thinking of teacher education, educational philosophy, discipline and its construction, curriculum and teaching methods, quality of education monitoring and evaluation, are all placed in the context of teacher education in the open with the feature of a lifelong education, the integration of teacher education,and were given a lot of new content and meaning. New model of teacher education with a consequent have the innovation, personalized features. Local teachers colleges in various internal and external transformation, driven by motives, actively expand teacher education model of exploration and innovation.This study is based on the Local Normal transition of this particular stage, and teacher education is divided into two development period, that is, "becoming the University" of teacher education stage and the "University" of teacher education . Current local teachers colleges are at such a stage of transition towards Teacher EducationSo it certainly has its own history and reality determined by the particularity and problems. By comparison between the two stage. We reveals that the "real state" is so-called "double low" phenomenon of subject academic standards and teacher education discipline standards . However, the essential characteristics of teacher education can only be developping and producing teachers for their development. Teacher Education under the overall control in this core functions and core purpose of Teacher Education ,there is no academic dispute, they are only two aspects that can not be neglected in this teacher education,. In other words, the main problems is to ensure teacher education academic standards are not low in the case, establish the academic status of teacher education and to study how to improve the "Teacher" in academic levels. The current theory and practice of teacher education development, has laid a solid foundation of discipline and legality of teacher education. As a secondary disciplines of education, teacher education, are being developed to mature. Only In the context of this disciplines ,the value orientation research of teacher education, teacher education mode erploration can have a clear end result, or a solid platform.From teacher education discipline perspective ,we proposed to reform the teacher education institutions. Traditional teaching institutions are subject-based division, divided into relatively independent administrative functions of institutions with teaching. But at this time the status of teacher education as a discipline has not been established, which can only be attached to the professional schools or departments. Thus, raising the level of emphasis on discipline, "the old 3" is not only outdated, it also only a public course, the proportion of relatively few education courses keep in low level, and students lack educational practice, and in management of students ,there is little to do with the College of Education or the Department of Education. In order to reform this unreasonable institutional setting, we Proposes the establishment of a "Teacher Professionalism" discipline-oriented concept of teaching institutions to train local high professionalism of the career teacher.
