Wushu Duan system is made and carried out by the Chinese Martialarts Association, a comprehensive evaluation of the implementation ofthose martial arts skills hierarchy. The purpose is to enhence people'sphysical quality, promote the development of martial arts career, improvethe level of martial arts techniques and theory and establish a standardmartial arts training system. As people fitness the increasing demand,martial arts fitness has become the hotspot, fitness and the developmentof wushu DuanWeiZhi optimistic, in order to change this trend, this paperdiscussed in bodybuilding DuanWeiZhi under the perspective of martialarts, to promote the reform of promoting the further development ofwushu, body-building.This study uses the literature material law, expert interview,questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation method, mathematicalstatistics method, investgating the age, sex, educational level, income,given paragraph Wushu Dan system status and cognitive status of WuShutrainers among Guangxi residents who have obtained the Wushu Duan.To draw the following conclusion: Nanning city sits the crowd to getmartial arts in the majority, martial arts DuanWeiZhi number of high andlow sits with less numberMartial arts DuanWeiZhi evaluationorganization setup is more reasonable, by martial arts association, socialclubs, university three forms of organization, but evaluation institutions too little, test section cycle is long, can't satisfy people's needs; Martialarts DuanWeiZhi authority is not high, not sports recognition; Highlyeducated, high income and stable work personnel of proportion of high;Level structure setup is not quite scientific, failed to fully combine withfitness.Puting forward the following countermeasures: adjusting thecontent system of WuShu Duan, adding assessment point, rights down,setting different kinds of DuanWeiZhi according to different requirements,enhancing the social approval of DuanWeiZhi, improving theconsciousness of systematic exercise, enhancing the motivation of learingmartial arts and consumption.
