Cognitive Apprenticeship is one that constructed teaching mode or learning environment, which base on the situated cognize and learning theories. This paper holds that, following the study paradigm shift of teachers'professional development from teachers' behavior to teacher cognition, and in the context of concerning practice -oriented teacher knowledge, Cognitive Apprenticeship can provide a lot of inspirations to college teachers' professional development in our Country.This paper insists on organic combination of the theory construction and practice examines, and put forward the hypothesis of cognitive apprenticeships and youth teachers' teaching ability training. Then it deeply discusses the effects of theory of cognitive apprenticeship to the teaching abilities'training of college youth teachers. Basing on the investigation of the current situation about H University, the author puts forward the teaching ability cultivation of two measures on the angle of cognitive apprentice view. They are the tutorial system of youth teachers and teacher cooperation system, through construction and analysis the two countermeasures, the author believe youth teachers can get benefit and gain high priced thought and the ability of solving issues. Then the youth teacher's ability also will increase rapidly.This paper consists of six chapters:Chapter-1 General introduction: Countering context of the college youth teachers'current situation in our country, the author puts forward the research problem, research ideas, research methods and theoretical significance.Chapter-2 Literature Review: Basing on the research question, the author makes literature review about the college teachers'ability training and cognitive apprentice at home and abroad.Chapter-3 Theoretical Hypothesis: the author put forward the theoretical assumptions about the college youth teachers'teaching ability training and cognitive apprenticeships and a reveals the mechanism through discussing the connotation of college teachers' teaching abilities.Chapter-4 the present study: knowing about H university young teachers teaching ability and training situation, the author put forward Suggestions for training. Chapter-5 countermeasures study: the author puts forward two training countermeasures from the view of cognitive apprenticeship and reveals the training mechanism of college youth teachers'teaching ability.Chapter-6 conclusion and prospect: the author points out the research conclusion, limitation and future diligent direction in the future.
