| In the present era, culture has become a more and more important source of national cohesion and creativity, has become more important factor of competition in overall national strength. President Hu jintao in the 17th Chinese communist party national congress, the report indicates, "to maintain the orientation of advanced socialist culture, rise up a new upstage in socialist cultural development, arouse the cultural creativity of the whole nation, improving national cultural soft strength... " University cultural construction is the construction of socialist culture, as an important part of the construction of advanced correctly and noble rich campus culture, it is to implement scientific development concept about socialist construction of the meanings.Tonghua Normal University as a local university, bring local advantages, overcame many difficulties and be constructed to become an outstanding province-owned nationalization southeast of Jilin province in normal universities. In December 2007 smoothly passed level of job of undergraduate course teaching evaluation, and obtained the scene "excellent" grades. In recent years, the university pays more and more attention to the construction of campus culture, and makes certain achievements in campus culture construction. However, due to various reasons, the campus culture of Tonghua Normal University still exists in a series of problems. Therefore, we need to constantly improve and develop campus culture, making the campus cultural construction with the pace of times, filled with the era characteristics, and constantly develop healthily.The paper first defines the definitions among the organizational culture, college culture, the university cultural construction and the model of Schein's Corporate Culture. It puts forward three levels of the model of Schein's Corporate Culture which is namely "physical", "supportive values" and "the basic hypothesis" and their referential significance to university cultural construction. Then apply the theoretical model of Schein's Corporate Culture's specific application to the cultural construction of Tonghua Normal University. Through the analysis of the current situation of college campus culture, the college is material culture construction lag, lack of foresight, and scientific strategy formulation education concept and relatively conservative problem, and analyzes the causes of the problems. Finally, this article puts forward the countermeasures of how to construct college culture construction reasonably, mainly from three aspects, namely, comprehensively promote reform of material culture, establishing a scientific and reasonable development strategy and establish advanced education concept. |
